Privacy Policy

Data we collect

We collect account data such as your email address and login identifiers; the teams and players you save as favorites; subscription status and Stripe customer or billing references; and limited service usage and operational data such as feature requests, device or browser information, timestamps, and error records. We do not collect or store payment-card details in UpNext. Stripe collects payment information on its hosted pages under Stripe's privacy terms.

How we use data

We use this data to create and secure accounts, remember favorites, provide the Pro dashboard, confirm paid access, prevent abuse, support account and billing requests, diagnose failures, and operate and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Optional product analytics are off by default and can be enabled or disabled in Account. When enabled, they contain only coarse screen, filter-name, and billing-state events and are designed not to include account, player, URL, token, email, Stripe, or Notion identifiers. Configured operational crash and load diagnostics use the same redaction rules and do not include error free text or stack traces.

Service providers

Supabase provides account authentication and hosted application data. Stripe processes subscription checkout, billing, invoices, and cancellation. These processors receive only the data needed to provide their services and handle it under their own contractual and privacy obligations.

Retention and account deletion

We retain account, favorite, and subscription-access data while your account is active and only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. When you approve permanent account deletion, UpNext immediately cancels future Stripe renewal, deletes personal and account data including favorites and local subscription access, and deletes the Supabase Auth login. Stripe may retain billing, invoice, tax, fraud, and transaction records where legally or operationally required. UpNext may retain operational audit data only after direct identifiers and personal free text are removed so it is attached to an anonymous, non-login identity.

United States availability

The mobile service and UpNext Pro subscription are offered only in the United States. We do not use device locale as proof of storefront eligibility.

Your choices and contact

You can review your account and favorites in the service and permanently delete your account from Account. To request access to your data, ask a privacy question, or get help with deletion, email mlsnexttracker@gmail.com. We may need to verify that you control the account before fulfilling a request.
