Terms of Service

1. Overview

UpNext Analytics provides independent MLS NEXT standings, schedules, player statistics, team information, and subscription tools. By using the site or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or restrict access for misuse, abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or activity that harms the service or other users.

3. Paid subscriptions

NextUp Pro is a paid digital subscription. A subscription may unlock features such as a personal dashboard, favorite teams and players, and priority account-linked corrections. Subscription access begins after payment is completed and remains available while the subscription is active.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Prices, features, and billing periods are shown at checkout or in your account billing portal.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your subscription anytime from the account or billing portal. Canceling stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund the current billing period. Paid subscription access remains available through the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by law or approved by UpNext Analytics support. See our Cancellation Policy for more detail.

5. Data and accuracy

We work to keep the data useful and accurate, but sports data may be incomplete, delayed, corrected, or disputed. UpNext Analytics is not an official MLS NEXT service and does not guarantee that every statistic, score, roster, schedule, or standing is complete or error-free.

6. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, resell, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the service. You may not submit false, abusive, unlawful, or misleading information through correction requests, coach tools, club tools, or other account features.

7. Changes to the service

We may update, remove, or change features, pricing, data sources, and these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
