Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime
NextUp Pro subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account or billing portal. If you need help canceling, contact mlsnexttracker@gmail.com.
Access after cancellation
Canceling stops future renewals. It does not immediately remove paid access. Your paid subscription features remain available through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Refunds and partial periods
Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by law or approved by UpNext Analytics support.
Billing portal
Signed-in subscribers can open the billing portal from the account menu using Manage billing. The billing portal can be used to manage payment details, view invoices, and cancel the subscription.
